We use USPS FIRST CLASS as our standard carrier. Packages are shipped in USPS flat rate priority mail envelope, if selected at check out.
Our fabric based products are packaged and protected with acid-free clear bag to prevent from surface water damage during transit. Paper goods are individually packaged with acid-free clear bag as well as upcycled card boards to ensure a safe arrival on our customer’s doorstep. All packages are shipped in EcoEnclose’s 100% Recycled Kraft Mailers.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S. and on orders over $100 outside the continental U.S. Discount is automatically applied on total excluding tax, no special code needed. For an even better shipping perk, sign up for SutaiNews (our newsletter). Shipping rates for orders under $50 (within the continental U.S.) and $100 (outside the continental U.S.) will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Most orders ship from our studio in Los Angeles, California.
Custom Orders will ship in 5-8 business days.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can further assist you.
We offer USPS international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Sutai Bu is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
Yes, all items will ship together under the same order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each shipment. You will only be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.
